Upon returning to our car as the Cross Sound Ferry was pulling into New London, we realized my right rear tire was completely flat - turned out to be an inch long piece of metal I must’ve driven over on our way to Orient Point. My wife and I were traveling home to the greater Boston area with our 2 chocolate labs, so we had over 100 miles of interstate driving to go which made having a run-flat irrelevant. Add two dogs to the situation and you can imagine how worried and stressed we were in the moment. We were so lucky to google and find out there was a BMW in New London and it was only a mile away, so we called while on our way and Amanda at the service desk listened with care and reassured us we would get seen right away and that the dogs would not be an issue whatsoever. In fact it was the opposite! Sitting in the dealership with them while the car was being worked on, Amanda and all of the salespeople came up to say hi to them and give them treats. The dogs had a blast, they probably wish the tire never got fixed so that they could get endless treats and attention 😂 They made us and the dogs feel so welcome and comfortable when we easily could have felt like a burden instead. After about an hour, our tire was temporarily patched up which would allow us to at least get home where we can now have it replaced in a much more convenient manner. They noticed some pretty severe problems with the rest of the tires as well and gave me a written summary of the problems that I can now bring to my local BMW to ensure the proper next steps are taken. We are so thankful for BMW of New London, specifically Amanda from the service desk who was so helpful and reassuring throughout. Thank you so much!!!

Last week The Great Folks at BMW of New London were so kind and professional in their service to me in Replacing two Worn tires and a cracked wheel. Hilary the Service Manager went to work right away when I called from I95 at the State Line to find me a pair hard to locate Runflats and had them mounted the next morning. Amanda in Service assisted in the great effort as they discovered two hidden cracks to my rims..They had a new wheel overnighted from Arizona. I was on my way on Tuesday after the weekend wait. They made my stay over so comfortable..John the owner arrived @ 0530 to open up and the Coffee was ready each morning ( except Sunday of course) Amanda in Sales was so kind and empathetic and seemed to be on top of her sales game and I kinda wished I could buy the beautiful Emerald Rare Mcar in the showroom from HER.
I had access to the Service Technitions to discuss the Rim Issues and they worked so creatively to fit me into their very tight schedule in the shop....So Thank You.

I was driving through New London, from New Haven County, in the market to trade my 2019 5 series. I casually walked through New London BMW (not my normal dealership to purchase at) and found a vehicle I liked. I spoke with Amanda, such a nice, young sales associate; that was in September. BMW (NOT the dealership) had a freeze on selling 5 series car, and I was not pleased, but sucked it up. Amanda kept on top of things in a non-aggressive way, sent periodic texts to keep me in the loop and explained the time lag. Fast forward to November, I am driving my new car! The purchase was seemless and the integrity of the staff/ dealership impeccable. Usually when buying a new vehicle it is a lot of wasted time and energy, Amanda made things super easy and when I walked into the dealership all I had to do was hand over a check and sign some papers, I was on my way! They have a new customer!

He may be a young associate but he was so pleasant and resourceful and gentle that he made our family of three 100% comfortable from the start. My car faulted during an upload and froze. Amanda, who works in service, was outstanding. She sent over a loaner right away, since I had two medical procedures that day at noon. She gave me her cell number so we could be in constant contact. Amanda certainly went above and beyond during a very stressful time. She was understanding and compassionate. Brianna in particular, and the BMW Service Team, provided a top notch customer service experience related to my recent vehicle repair need. The first time after owning two vehicles from BMW of New London: an X5 and now X7 that I experienced a repair issue. And a day before the Thanksgiving Holiday!!! Needless to say it was quite the stressful experience. After dealing with subpar Roadside Assistance provided by State Farm Insurance, got my vehicle back to BMW of New London where Brianna effortlessly processed my warranty coverage and she and the team got me into a loner to cover a rigorous and demanding work and holiday schedule. A part of me is patting myself on the back for having purchased the extended warranty, which set a high expectation of owning a BMW related to customer service, but the other part is applauding with gratitude Brianna for stepping in and helping me to get through work and the holidays seamlessly. Brianna in particular, and the BMW Service Team, provided a top notch customer service experience related to my recent vehicle repair need. The first time after owning two vehicles from BMW of New London: an X5 and now X7 that I experienced a repair issue. And a day before the Thanksgiving Holiday!!! Needless to say it was quite the stressful experience. After dealing with subpar Roadside Assistance provided by State Farm Insurance, got my vehicle back to BMW of New London where Brianna effortlessly processed my warranty coverage and she and the team got me into a loner to cover a rigorous and demanding work and holiday schedule. A part of me is patting myself on the back for having purchased the extended warranty, which set a high expectation of owning a BMW related to customer service, but the other part is applauding with gratitude Brianna for stepping in and helping me to get through work and the holidays seamlessly. Thank you Brianna and the BMW Service Team!!! Tank and I are finally reunited!!!

They have excellent service department. They were very welcoming and polite. They made me quite comfortable and, my wait, while they serviced my X3, was really pleasant!!
