If you are one of the many customers who purchased an Extended Service Contract from us, it is more than likely an API contract. API is the Company that handles claims administration. API does not insure your contract. API recently filed bankruptcy and therefore the Insurance Company must appoint a new claims administrator. All state is the insurer and is currently going through the process of making itself the claims administrator as well as the insurer which benefits the customer and the Insurance Company. They are among the largest Service Contract insurers in the country.

All API contracts are in force under the terms and conditions provided in your agreement. This is a seamless process to the customer. If you are having any problems with your vehicle we recommend making an appointment to visit one of our Service Advisors. As a valued customer of Allstate and our Dealership, we can assure you a hassle free experience in the event of a claim.

You may receive a letter concerning the bankruptcy, which is a normal part of the process required by law.
